Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were tired and need redecorating, lacking basics like coat hangers and cleanliness. It was noisy throughout the night. On the positive side, the location was convenient for early flights from Luton airport and being close to work sites. Service was friendly and efficient, but dining options were lacking despite being attached to a Hungry Horse Pub.
The hotel is conveniently located near the center, making meal plans easy, but some aspects of the rooms need refurbishment. The service is top-notch, with a minor incident handled well. The dining experience had a few hiccups with overcooked breakfast items, but the seafood was grilled to perfection.
The hotel is decent with some drawbacks. The rooms could use a bit more space due to badly designed furniture and could have been cleaner, especially the skylight in the bathroom. However, the newly renovated areas are a plus, despite the restricted window security. The service, particularly from the check-in staff and restaurant/bar team, is exceptional, making it worth the money spent.
